Your competitor isn’t working harder than you.

Feels wrong, doesn’t it? Like the universe broke its own rules.

Except they figured out something you’re still missing.

They stopped majoring in minor things.

Other people are probably working less, honestly.

They’re not posting on seven different social platforms.

They’re definitely not up until midnight tweaking their website.

And I don’t believe they’re attending every networking event hoping to drum up business.

But their bank account? It’s probably fatter than yours.

Most business owners are like squirrels on espresso, bouncing from one shiny task to another. (A little ironic as I’m having one myself right now…)

They obsess over small details.

They spend hours crafting the perfect social media content that’s sure to go viral this time, right?

All these details… While their business bleeds money.

It’s like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic while the ship’s going down.

There’s this concept called the 80/20 rule.

20% of what you do creates eighty percent of your results.

And nowhere is this more obvious than when starting and scaling a business.

Most businesses flop harder than a fish on concrete.

It’s easy to focus on the wrong 80%.

So what’s the magic 20% to starting and scaling a business?

Three things really (it always has to be 3…)

Building anticipation with an audience before you launch your first thing, or next thing.

Crafting an offer so good people feel stupid saying no. (Not my words, but certainly wise ones.)

And if you’re new, having a simple system to collect money when you’re ready to sell.

Or if you’re looking to scale, making sure you’re ascending your existing customers. Giving them more and more valuable solutions so they can pay you more money, more often.

That’s it. You don’t need 47 tactics - believe me, I wrote 72 ways we’ve made money and you only need 6 of them to win.

Uncomplicate your funnel so you don’t need an engineering degree to understand it.

Focus on the core fundamentals, and do them exceedingly well.

The problem is most “experts” dump 100 strategies on you when you really just need to nail these basics first.

That’s the whole point behind what we do.

Strip away the noise and nonsense, focus on what actually works.

The things that work whether you’re starting a brand new business or scaling to 100,000,000.

Let’s work on the 20%
