Most business owners think their problem is traffic.
They stare at their dashboard, watch those visitor numbers tick up slowly, and convince themselves that if they could just get more eyeballs on their offer, everything would magically fix itself.
More leads equals more money, right?
Wrong.
I jumped on a call with a business owner recently who surprised me.
We’d talked about growing their business, what that would look like and what it would take.
He wanted more leads.
BUT…
He who swore up and down that every lead source they’d tried was garbage.
According to them, all these lead sources just didn’t work. (red flag)
Don’t get me wrong, it’s easy to put money into the ads blender and never get anything back out.
But when I looked under the hood of their business? I found the real problem.
No wonder they weren’t growing… Their funnel had more holes than swiss cheese.
Their follow-up was nonexistent, offer was confusing and numbers that needed to be addressed.
Let’s just say there was a reason they weren’t growing, and it was bigger than getting more leads.
So I put together a game plan for them to help them grow. I showed them exactly what needed to happen to make their leads profitable.
We’re talking about the actual work that separates businesses that grow from businesses that stay stuck.
And you know what happened? The excitement vanished faster than free pizza at a kid’s birthday party.
They didn’t want to hear about fixing their funnel or follow up.
They wanted the shortcut. The magic button.
The thing that would let them skip all the messy middle parts and jump straight to the finish line.
But that’s not how this works…
You can’t harvest crops you never planted.
You have to do the work, before you earn the reward - true in life, true in business.

P.S. I don’t have magic bullets, just systems that work and have been tested in startups all the way to 9 figures businesses. Want to see?
